Just to start off I am a Mac user as well as PC user, and I do not claim to be a guru or either OS. I will easily admit that the Mac OS does not hold a candle to Windows as far as "gaming" is concerned. I don't belive this is because Windows is a superior OS, but because they simply hold the majority market share. If Mac OS was as dominant as Windows, I'm sure software as well as hardware companys would gear their products towards those OS standards. I will never say that the Mac OS is the "end all, be all" OS, but I will gladly say that I prefer it over Windows. The reason being that I have not encounterd half as many crashes, viruses, and hardware config. problems with any Mac OS I'ved used(OS 8.0-10.3). I do own a high-end Windows PC for gaming purposes, But even then I encounter ton's of problems on a daily basis. This becomes very irritating after a while, which is why I decidded to write this article. I won't dispute the fact that Windows is the "Heavy-Weight" title holder of the current market OS's, But Microsoft can't even get it together enough so I can play some "Video Games"(which is why I bought a PC in the first place!). Then it's no wonder people bitch about them! I guess I'll end with, "Just because it's the biggest, Doesn't mean it's the best". Please respond to this post if you have feedback.

Mac OS X games include Duke Nukem 3D Atomic (http://www.neoscientists.org/~dante/), Jazz Jackrabbit 2 (http://contrabandent.com/home.html) and Unreal Tournament 2003 (http://www.macsoftgames.com/products/ut2k3/MacSoft-UT2K3-Page.html). Need anything else (well, maybe the Command & Conquer series for Mac OS X would be nice (http://tongue.gif) )?

buy the mac versions of games. you'll be supporting the mac gaming industry, and casting your vote for more Mac games.
don't be a fool and think that they're not there

Storytelling.

1 vote for move to the lounge and subject change to "meet the new Mac guy".
EDIT: While we're on the subject of Mac gaming... between UT2k3 and the Freespace 2 Open port, there really is no reason to keep a Wintel box for gaming purposes.
