I recently ran and nmap on Microsoft.com and i've never seen more open ports in my life a link to the log is HERE! (http://x11.150m.com/microsoft.com.txt)
Now does that look like a UNIX machine or a windows machine...

6699/tcp   open        napster
54320/tcp  open        bo2k
65301/tcp  open        pcanywhere

Widows XP is pretty secure for me with some aditional help from other software.  :D

Linux is even more secure, i think the wemaster is too busy at microsoft using the High Speed connection to download porn videos   (http://smile.gif)  
Then worrying about security. But its got ports
