Shouldn't they be running SCO Unix right about now

They might be liable, I wonder If they sent themselves a letter with a notice of warning?

Silly you. ALL the Linux code was stolen from SCO (no matter what those long haired hippies say). Therefore, they are actually running SCO Unix.

Lol, yes this is probably the case. Hey why doesn't one of the UNIX licensees look into how much code is in UNIX that is in Linux, and turn it around on SCO. I'm sure that they could make a case.
