no. neither of those will be much use.

portland have just started charging and boomspeed have just started deleting people's accounts for linking to images offsite.

I recommend netfirms.com

angelfire.com works for me. You just have to rename the file so it is not recognized as a graphic.

ex: billgatesgetspieinface.jpg

to: bilgatesgetspieinface.ppg

*.ppg is my MES "people posting graphics" format.  :D

Also, regarding renaming the images, what use is that? the whole point is to be able to have the images inline, like this:
