This wasn't a TV ad, it was an internal microsoft video for a meeting.  In the same vein of the MS Matrix spoof with Ballmer and Gates in it.

Yeah, I thought I did post that before.

Ballmer was making just as much of a fool of himself starring in a video to entertain executives than he would have if is was an actual advertisement.
