Well in my infinite knowledge, I have just recently passed the A+ certification test, and became an MCP after passing my System Manager test. Thats right, Im now a Microsoft certified professional. And thats not all, Im taking classes at my local college so I can take more MCP tests and become a MCSE. I cant help myself, so many job interviews Ive been to tell me that my degree just wasnt enough, and if I had these extra certifications, I could have had the position. Im not fully selling out though, Im also going after my CCNA, and a certification called Linux+.
After three years of working for walmart unloading trucks, but preaching linux and hating microsoft, Ive become realistic. The good news is that I already have gotten a new job since receiving my mcp and a+, and in 2 weeks I will be a Network Support Specialist. Dont worry though

All I have to say is, you are a smart man. You have to do what is nessicary to make a decent living. Your new line of work is going to be alot easier than unloading trucks and trailors.
Congratulations and good luck in bettering yourself in the future(getting more certifications).

An athiest isn't a christian if he reads the Bible.
-
But according to the Koran, anyone can become a muslim if he says publically "I recognise that Allah is only one god, and Muhammad is his prophet..."
Oh, damn...

So much easier then all that water and oil crap. I'm a priest too BTW. I forget what church it's for, but it was a form online... Ah. Reminds me.

Ah, but that's only one aspect of Islam. It can be very restrictive on other points. And there's Ramadan. Personally, I don't believe in any religion. I'm agnostic.
Back to topic...
That's OK, ThePreacher. At least you know your enemy better. It will be easier for you to show the many disadvantages of Microsoft operating system.

When did the world get so messed up that an MSCE, an educational program which is not certified by any independent means and is controlled by ONE company, was worth more than a COLLEGE EDUCATION???
And if Windows is supposedly so *&%#ing easy to use and adminsiter, why does ANYONE need to spend thousands on an MSCE?
I don't think you are a traitor. I feel bad for you Preacher. I hope you get a job soon and don't have to sell your soul to do it.

he said no I've still got at least 9 more months of certification courses left.
he wants to get everything from MS to cisco certified
-
Destroy from within eh?
Good luck man. ;)
-
I want to get Microsoft certified as well, I don't see any problem with it... Oh and Fett do you mean the "universal life church?" I signed up for that as well so I'm a reverend too. (But only in America, apparently no other country recognizes my holiness.) ;)

know thine enemy. besides, it would probably have more clout as a certified microsoft boy to promote linux

Your only a traitor when you stop promoting Linux and/or open source. People who know the ins and outs of both and have the badges and scars to prove it are much more highly respected and their opinions are honored on a higher level by their employers and coworkers.
Although the point I just made was true, Wow that is one propaganda filled paragraph.
