Okay, now that Muffin Man has got the server up and running for the MSES Faq, the test machine is doing very little.
So rather than have us all editing and uploading text files and so on, i have used the test site to set up a discussion forum PURELY for discussing the FAQ. This will save us all posting here and maybe missing stuff.
The FAQFuckMicrosoft co-ordination forum can be found at:
www.FAQFuckMicrosoft.cjb.net (http://www.FAQFuckMicrosoft.cjb.net)
It has a fully working bulletin board and a realtime java chat thing that i have not tested yet.
Go for it, and we'll see if it works...

Hehe...a forum for a forum....
-
it's sort of like having a jesus fan club
-
I realized I didn't upload all of the things. I'll do it first thing tommorow after I get from school.
By the way, the FAQ enetries will be account based, so just PM me with your desired username/password.

well this is the thing, the quirk, i set up the phpBB there so we wouldn't have to say these things on the forum here.
if i hadn't happened to read this i would never have known about this.
We need to make a decision whether we will continue posting all FAQ related stuff here in the Lounge, or over on the faqfuckmicrosoft.cjb.net forum. If we choose the Lounge, then i will immediately remove the phpBB forum to avoid confusion.
what's the verdict?

it said that for me too, but it will work fine after that page.

yeah, phpBB 2 is not totally bugfixed yet, but it works fine, so what's the verdict? will we post updates on the phpBB forum? or here? because i am not too keen on keeping the phpBB forum online if we are posting here as well, the idea was to eliminate confusion, not create it! (http://smile.gif)
