Has anyone here ever seen a Windows desktop that has an interesting desktop pattern (oh, excuse me, wallpaper) before in their lives? Well I haven't, and since I know all we must assume that there is some kind of anti-aesthetic code in Windows or something. Is it just that Windows people have no taste? I find that hard to believe, since there are so many of them, that every single Windows user has no taste. What is it with putting scenery on their desktops? Jeesh! it looks horrible! I was using my friend's computer at his house and put one of the patterns from Muffin Man's site on his desktop. Besides the horrible looking task bar and folders, his desktop didn't look half bad. But nooo, as soon as he saw it he had to change it back to the boring photo of the tropical beach! What the hell is wrong with these people???

I have Blizzard's "Infested Carrygan" pic as desktop. (Her face and black background) Still looks better than any default-provided ones. (http://smile.gif)

Aye. Nothing better for my desktop then Samejima Mamimi.

You think windows has no aesthetics? Well nothing can be worse than the default aesthetics of a lot of linux gui's. They are butt ugly. Hopefully KDE and Gnome will improve a lot and fix this.
