Apparently microsoft will (http://www.crmassist.com/news/dispnews.asp?i=101696&a=CRM&t=9) team up with Monster to make things easier for the customer.

resumes aren't the only thing that will be in those word documents...like web sites visited and more

As opposed to before, I guess, where you needed special development software to write a resume   ;)
