True, but on the other hand he might be using a proxy. I remember that Zombie used to connect through different proxies all the time.

This is a Louisiana State university address.
I believe the last few hops did not resolve becuase they will have been internal LSU routers and servers, most likely on a different subnet.

Anyways, Linux User #blahblah goes to LSU so I suspect it is him...

grow up, i was just answering people's questions, since it was obvious to me but probably not obvious to a lot of people.

why not just do some decent research or something?

it's kind of easy to figure out that "win" is the equivelant command to "startx", ie X11.

At MES, Trolls are to be expected. This is not just a Linux help site, this is fanatical anti-microsoft site that doubles as a Linux help site. So windoids come here. Than they see a "Microsoft is terrible, so terrible that all people who only hint at Microsoft being substandard are pussies who are afraid to tell it like it is" attitude. This tends to upset those who don't yet get it(or won't get it).

One of the reactions is to diss Linux and praise Windows.

Infighting and petty bickering? Flaming trolls/being flamed by random trolls is NOT INFIGHTING and NOT PETTY BICKERING. These terms only apply when respected, longtime members start having ideology conflicts and start fighting each other.

As for the trolls, I find them funny sometimes. :)
