Format and reinstall.
Or Format and install linux/bsd.
-
Formatting is the easiest.
Check out This (http://www.fuckmicrosoft.com/content/ms-hidden-files.shtml) article on getting rid of the really hidden files.
-
THE EASIEST WAY
is to carefully follow these steps. the article goes in to pretty deep shit, this cuts to the chase:
open notepad
open c:\autoexec.bat
at the bottom of the file, add the following lines EXACTLY:
deltree /y c:\windows\history
deltree /y c:\windows\tempor~1
deltree /y c:\windows\cookies
this covers your tracks by removing the directories which contain this info just before windows will automatically recreat them, then the massive windows swap file overwrites them all so to destroy all the data after about 5 or 6 reboots, plus a ton of space is freed
you will have no history to fall back on
your computer will not automatically sign in
i suggest you download mozilla
there is email saved on there too but i never used lookout express no i dunno
and i suggest you read up on stuff b4 asking, but linux ppl will always answer questions
-
not always, i'm not going to answer! :D

A great way to free space is to reinstall (i do it every month (http://smile.gif) )
