Hello,

Seeing as how this forum is turning to be full of stupid shit, I decided to expose the real truth about Bill Gates and IRAQ, space debris, Israel, and space.

Now, I understand that you're too stupid and retarded to actually comprehend my smartass comments about politics (which I don't actually know about), so I'll keep it nice and simple.

I don't think the whole forum has gone to shit. Just certain parts. Best example: the lounge.

The Mac and Linux forums are doing fine. We get the occasional ass in the Windows forums, but it's pretty OK there too.

I agree Muffin Man. What's even more depressing than the current situation in the lounge, is the absence of older members and regulars from the forums and the lack (or decline) of meaningful and informative posts. It just isn't like it used to be.   :rolleyes:

VoidMain took the Linux people, Calum took the relegious people (which would not have happened if it wasnt for m0r and the Cult of Bob.) The Quirk took the 15 year old p0rn addicts away.

SAVE THE MES, SHUTDOWN YOUR FORUMS (Excluding VoidMain, Quirk, Calum, M0R, and everyone else).

Simply its also because the webmaster has not updated the site.

my forum is completely unrelated to this site, so i haven't taken any members away. x11 and MoR post there but all my other posters are non MES (except Aaron who has not posted in years over at www.polytheismforum.cjb.net (http://www.polytheismforum.cjb.net) ) of course, that could all change if a few more people want to visit it.

Void main's forum is a great idea. it is well structured, unlike the mish mash of weirdness that is the UNIX section here. i tend to post here still when i have a *nix question because void main's stuff is totally specific to linux and GNU. I am currently trying out FreeBSD and FreeDOS which don't qualify.

TheQuirk has my eternal blessing if he takes away the 15 yr old 1337 kiddy pr0n addicts to be honest.

So there you have it. the MES forum has gone to shit on its own, but to be honest i think that it's looking like it might be slowing down its downward spiral for a return to glory in the future. we'll see. it is a shame that void main has all but removed himself to his own forums in preference over this one, but in war you have losses sometimes.

The forums have gone to shit? Sorry I hadnt noticed. Oh well, Im posting new opinion based linux articles on http://www.badconnections.net (http://www.badconnections.net) now. Visit my site, post some comments, tell friends about me, if these forums have gone to hell, I guarantee mine will not.
