i have been able to get them working under winex.

first thought keep reading, this will make sense

now my dad has this soundcard that sounded like shit under windows like terrible. i put it in my redhat 7.3 box and it sounded great native. when i used wine it started sounding like shit.

back to the first though

would the shitty sound card fuck sound up in winex for anyreason cuase i could remeber with the yamaha sound card i had it sounded good but quake3 didn't get anysound

Kind of off topic, but as far as emulation and Fallout goes. I have had excellent success running Fallout 2, and Tactics under VirtualPC for OSX. The movies play chopy and there are a few minor glitches but everything else playes perfectly. So if your a Mac gamer and are pissed that no more Fallout's after part 1 came out Mac native, crank up VPC and have at it!

Now back to our regular programming  :D
