Title: How to be removed from a particular thread?

Let us say I want to remove myself from the thread in this forum, how can I do that? It seems to be like a spam to me when I don;t want to watch a particular thread anymore and the email from that particular thread still being emailed to me again and again.

Your question isn't clear...
You can edit the post and delete everything in it if you want. You aren't a mod, so you cannot delete the post itself.

Dont set it to email when a thread changes in your profile!

And i moved it to the lounge!
