At mozilla.org click on the 0.2 link and it gives u the 0.3 page and the links there but no files there yet so they must be uploading them...
get ready..i can not wait to download it tomarrow  (http://smile.gif)

!! and after i spent half an hour downloading 0.2 today! (this after i started up 0.1 earlier and got told i should upgrade! hopefully they will have sorted out all my gripes about phoenix by now!  ;)  )
