the entire site was down for about six hours just then... eh? what's that all about? is this going to be a regular occurence now?

It wasn't sabotage, remember? Forum was also incredibly slow last time I was on. We should be thankful it didn't really get hacked.

Purposefully turning off the web server certainly *is* sabotage.

I believe operations were certainly purposefully hindered during this purposeful act by someone who was disgruntled.

I am pretty sure if the server that was shutdown was responsible for access to www.microsoft.com (http://www.microsoft.com) rather than www.fuckmicrosoft.com (http://www.fuckmicrosoft.com) and caused so many problems after the fact, you can be certain Microsoft would have had this guy arrested for sabotage.
