Title: A new month...a new worm!
Post by: Xeen on 2 March 2004, 02:37
A new worm called Netsky-D debuted today, slowing down thousands of PCs all over thanks to people who are dumb enough to open the attachments (and of course thanks to the bugs in Windows as well).

Interesting though...the worm is called Netsky.
Does SkyNet ring any bells?   :D

Yup, this popped up at my place Thursday/Friday last week. I don't know why my boss gets ticked off at me for M$ complete lack of security.

You know, that would be interesting for an IT pro to file a suit against M$ should they get fired because they were unable to plug the leaks.

This isn't even shocking anymore.  It's just the latest expected chapter.

But it makes me happy
