It seems that TCPA is allready with us. The IBM Thinkpad X30, Netvista has TCPA built in. You can check it out here.

interesting that nobody that makes RISC-based stuff (aside from IBM) is on the list.
And IBM has said that TCPA will never find its way into its mainframes, minis, or their Power Architechture and PowerPC stuff.
