Title: Win 2000 Problem ("get Linux" replies not welcome)

I want to change the region setting for my dvd drive, no matter what program i use i get the message " you must have administrator access to do this etc." which is strange considering i tried to do when logged on as administrator.

Any help greatly appreciated
