Title: Spam rate is down...

...but not due to effective work against spam but because everybody is on holiday over summer. Folks shut down their computers and go on a break from the busy life at work so trojans and other thingies are kept sleeping. Since all trojan infected systems are powered by windows .xx, when are we going to outlaw windows? Cars that pose a threat to people are banned, it is not recommended to have a toaster that can blow your house to kingdom come, a dog or other animal doing a dastardly deed is put to sleep and you can be sure that it is forbidden to work with stuff that can kill you over and over again. Windows could very well be classified as a threat to everyday life, to our efficiency and many individual
