First solution after hitting http://www.google.com/linux
http://www.joewein.de/sw/swnotes002.htm
The article is outdated however, mind that.

ok, i will try to figure this out but i know i will fail, oh well:(
-
Refalm has just given you the solution!
-
That solution will only work after he installs libc++ in /usr/local/lib...
But hey, that wouldn't be a bad way to start, would it?
-
tell me how to install that please
-
i am not a complete noob on linux, i got it to install didnt i :D but i never really installed anything on linux except for Firefox and thnderbird on suse

Hmmm. I wonder what would happen if you did a google search for:
"libstdc++.so.5" fedora 4 rpm
?
Perhaps the very first hit on such a search would lead you to a place where you could download the right compatibility file? I don't know, you'll have to check...
Hahaha, yes, it does. The question is, why couldn't you figure this out? The thought process is pretty simple:
1) I need libstdc++.so.5
2) I need it for Fedora 4
3) rpms are easy to install
4) so, enter those search terms into google
Think, man! Google is your friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once you install this rpm, that should take care of everything.
