Yes, but people often miss their booster jab. More people are probably missing it due to safety fears (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MMR_vaccine#The_MMR_controversy).
I'm getting mine re-done on Wednesday.

Here's some encouragement; Mumps can make you impotent and, um, dead too.

I'm not suprised MS Campus has been hit, it is a large site with a fairly high proportion of young adults. Universities get this alot.
