Seattle & King County is announcing one confirmed case of measles in an adult traveler who acquired the disease abroad. The infected person visited public areas in King County while contagious and may have exposed other persons to the disease. Also known as rubeola, measles is a potentially severe disease caused by the measles virus.

Yes, but people often miss their booster jab. More people are probably missing it due to safety fears (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MMR_vaccine#The_MMR_controversy).

I'm not suprised MS Campus has been hit, it is a large site with a fairly high proportion of young adults. Universities get this alot.
