The Clash were light years ahead of anyone, even bands that are active now. Maybe by 2020 pop music will catch up to The Clash. Most all of Pink Floyd's contributions were outdone within a couple years, and completely eclipsed by a number of indy rock bands in the mid-90s.

I totally agree with you, I listen to The Clash myself. :thumbup:
