LOL Microsoft have stolen so many ideas, pantents might be the end for MS - I really hope so.

Unfortunately, this smells more and more like SCO: The Empire Strikes Back.  I don't suppose that BlackBerry held "PRIOR ART" by any stretch of the imagination?

I hope the whole thing falls through and Visto gets fucked. If they win, it's just another nail in the coffin of the patent.
