that's actually a pretty cool render. I'd use it as a wallpaper... but the toiletpaper + face = fucking ugly. (yes I do understand it's trying to make a statement with ballmers head on it)

Yeah, the square toilet is pretty messed up, but I've seen these "square toilets" in several other renders too.
