Ok i was trying to do a dual boot. I havea  ati 9600 pro g.card. I tried to install the rpm's for the graphics card. But, that just fucked me over. I did everything i could do. I'm a total noob to linux but, I want to get in to it because I never did like M$. I want to dual boot both cause i need some of the programs winderz has " word " for school and i need to keep itunes. Does any distro have support for my graphics card?
I got a game of solitaire. And this crappy OS came with it

I'm going to be getting mandrake 9.1. I have RedHet 9.0 now.

I have a 9600 pro in my computer.  I run Fedora Core 1 (which says it supports it, but there's a bug in the driver they built, but the proprietary drivers work fine) and Redhat 9, which is on my laptop with a mobility M6...so i don't know about that.
