Convert section of movies to sound / music.

I would like to know how am I able to copy a particular part of the film and convert it into .wav format. I only want the sounds of the particular section of the movie and only sounds.

Record the sound with you choice of sound editing/recording software, edit to your requirements and save as a .wav file.

However you should be aware that recording the soundtrack for a film may infringe copyright restrictions.
