I might change my mind as well with regard to RedHat, i was recommended it once but i thought it was not for me and opted for Mandrake which FUBARED my HDD at the time. I then tried SuSE 7.3 which was okay but without the net or the fact it didn't configure my laptop screen properly i couldn't use it for long.
Lycoris and Gentoo are now on my list of
"trying to download off 56k because local magazines have not put it on a cover CD for me to try and i cannot get DSL!"
Anyway last i looked, i was on 42% with DAP from linuxiso, so maybe wednesday i will get Lycoris!
Its nice RedHat are taking a lead in this, i do prefer KDE over Gnome (horrible in my opinion) so i don't understand why they didn't just stick with one of the existing 2 like Lycoris has and make another instead. But i suppose there is an advantage to having your own GUI.
