i don;t know about other things but the reason i think OS X is best because it never hangs like win...haha...do you think win hangs or freezes your comp? i've restarted my my comp so many times that i get shit..haha..APPLE rules in looks and restarting comps..lol

Umm. Drag and drop, single file Applications.
A systemwide interface
Easy file extention/app ownership setup
easy installation

My favorite being the system wide interface and the single file apps that can be installed by dragging them wherever you want and then double clicking on them.  Linux user, have you ever even used OSX to an extent or at all?

When you say your mom can use Linux, is that after you set it up for her?  Using something after its all ready to use is easy.  Setting it up is where I always seem to have problems with linux.  If its, ./configure not working or rpm's not installing or programs in X11 crashing for no apparant reason.  I'm sure once its set up its easy to use, but that is true for most anything.

Calum said that a cheap PC came with "a better OS". Because he just said "a better OS" and not "an OS better than OS X" or "an OS better than Windows" I wask asking which OS he thought Linux was better than. Dont you see? I was asking about WHICH OS not BOTH. I've explained this like three times. The proper wording is this, and this is what I should have posted:
