great idea. lemme know if I can help. I'll do what I can with the time i can scrape up; but I am currently working full time, going to school full time, and learning cgi and perl.

point to consider:
encourage writing letters to congresspeeps/corporomongers. provide a rough draft. add links to find addresses as well as info on who is for what.
