Part of me says they should start over anew, considering that if we stop all progress - callous as this may sound - the terrorists have won. Perhaps it's time for something like this.
The other part of me wonders how in the hell they're going to keep tenants in a building with the stigma that this will have surrounding it. Ever been to Gettysburg? Arlington National Cemetary? There's a definite sereneness there, but also a profound sadness that could easily make one believe in things beyond this plain of existance. My question to you is: whether you believe in ghosts, spirits, whatever or not - how are they going to keep tenants with the level of uncanny events that are likely to happen at a "gathering of souls" like this? My apologies for my fringe theories, but I researched the paranormal in another life.
