Why do they all think Windows is the only one that could've done it?     Not to mention, of course, that most internet servers run some type of Unix.

I think this summs up the M$ problem quite nicely. M$ can do whatever they want as long as it's just accepted like this. And as if that weren't bad enough, there are people who swallow their crap whole and ask for more.
