This is certainly sad news, but it could have been worse, especially when you are dealing with the conglamoarte scum that incorporates the foundational levels of the RIAA.
The thing that pisses me off about America, is the fact that these types of trogdolytes are given the pass to dwell within the ranks of our society. The thing I love about America, is the fact that there is someoneo out there, someone that has the same piss and vinegar flowing through their veins, just like all of us; that they will look at this case, permit it to morph as many times as necessary, and spit this thing out, and right back, like a bolt of lightning.
I am sure this case is going to go a lot further than once first perceived.
